Last updated May 22, 2026. These terms govern use of Easy Odoo, including the readiness console, paid plans, checkout, and reports.
Easy Odoo provides software-assisted readiness scoring for Odoo-related workflows, apps, roles, websites, deployments, and AI-action planning. It does not provide official Odoo support, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, security certification, or guaranteed implementation outcomes.
Easy Odoo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Odoo S.A. References to Odoo, Odoo apps, Odoo ERP, Odoo GitHub, Odoo download, and related terms are descriptive compatibility references.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permission scope of content you submit. You must not upload secrets, credentials, unlawful data, malware, or content you are not authorized to process. You retain your rights in submitted content, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and produce requested outputs.
Paid plans are purchased through NOWPayments. Prices are shown in USD, and crypto network or exchange costs may be outside our control. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, access begins after payment confirmation or manual review of the payment status.
Because digital readiness work may begin after checkout, refunds are reviewed case by case. We may approve refunds for duplicate payments, payment-processing errors, or material service non-delivery reported within 7 days. We may decline refunds for completed reports, consumed credits, unsupported customer environments, change-of-mind requests, or network fees that cannot be recovered.
You may not attack the service, bypass payment controls, reverse engineer private APIs, send spam, process illegal content, infringe third-party rights, or use the service to make unsafe production changes without proper human approval.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Readiness scores are planning aids, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to amounts you paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
