Last updated May 22, 2026. This policy explains how Easy Odoo handles product, analytics, checkout, and support information.
We may process contact details you provide, support messages, checkout metadata, plan selection, site analytics events, device and browser information, referral parameters, and content submitted to the readiness console. Do not submit production passwords, private keys, payment credentials, payroll data, or unnecessary personal data into the public preview.
Checkout is handled by NOWPayments. We receive payment status and order metadata needed to provide the service. We do not ask for or store wallet seed phrases, private keys, card numbers, or exchange account passwords.
We use information to operate the service, create readiness outputs, process checkout, prevent abuse, debug availability, improve conversion paths, answer support requests, and comply with lawful obligations.
We use first-party analytics to understand page views, CTA clicks, checkout starts, payment-window events, and conversion paths. Analytics are designed to measure product performance and do not require third-party advertising cookies.
We share information only with service providers needed to operate hosting, payments, security, analytics, and support; when required by law; or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the service. We do not sell user-submitted Odoo workflow content.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security. We retain records only as long as needed for service delivery, payment records, security, accounting, dispute handling, and lawful obligations.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of eligible information by emailing support@aigeamy.com. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for dispute, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or security purposes.
